G. R. Industries was established in 1995 and worked for star-linger which is a part of the lohia group. In the year 1999 we started working for tata motors.
We are pleased to say that we were a major participant in the development of the low floor buses by tata marco polo for the 2010 commonwealth games.

How we started?

Mr. Rajeev Gupta, who hails from a family that has been manufacturing sheet metal components since 7 generations, founded G. R. Industries in 1995 with nothing more left to lose. He used his contacts to establish Lohia Star-linger, the loom manufacturing division of Lohia group, and started working there in the year 1995.

In 2003, Mr. Gupta went on to work as a vendor for Tata Motors Ltd., which grew from 2003 to 2015. In fact, we take pride in stating that we were one of the largest vendors of sheet metal components for Tata Marco-polo in 2010 when the joint venture was making buses for the Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010.

In 2017, we opened our own brand of Domestic Almirahs by the name of Raagee Almirah. Ever since then, we have expanded our geographical reach and have a network of about 35+ distributors and 500+ dealers across 5 states of North-India.

Current Scenario

Currently we offer about 20 different SKUs of domestic almirahs and 8 different SKUs of Office almirahs with constant addition and upgradation. We have also recently expanded our range and started manufacturing slotted angle racks on the basis of demand from the market. We are also doing research and development to manufacture departmental store racks. These SKUs are modified once every two years to either create new SKUs or counter the factor of imitability.
